Z. VANESSA KODILINYE is a graduate
of the University of the West Indies, where she obtained the Bachelor
of Laws (LLB) and the Master of Laws (LLM). She was called to the
Barbados Bar in 1999. She is also holder of the LLM in Information
Technology and Telecommunications Law of the University of Strathclyde,
United Kingdom, and is a Solicitor (England and Wales) (non-practising).
She is an on-line tutor in Telecommunications Law for the Masters
Degree Programme in Telecommunications Regulation and Policy at the
University of the West Indies, St Augustine, Trinidad. She is the
co-author of Commonwealth Caribbean Civil Procedure (now in its 2nd
edition), the leading text on civil litigation in the region, and
of articles on litigation privilege, property damage and surveillance
technology, published in the Caribbean Law Review. She is also a
member of the Society for Computers and the Law (United Kingdom)
and of the Association of European Advocates (AEA).
